The most unstrusted delivery services ever
My seamstress sent my packages express on Thursday which was supposed to be here by the next day Friday for my photoshoot. They delayed and when they called the following Monday that they were on their way to deliver, we waited and waited and they never came. When we called them their lines were switched off. I was stressed out and cried my eyes out. Use them and regret later.

WHY ALL THIS DELAY AFTER PAYING THE COST OF EXPEDITED MAIL?
I sent a parcel on the 16 July, 2020 to Hawaii, USA as expedited mail. How come12 days down the road, it has still not reached its destination? What then is the advantage of sending the parcel by expedited mail and through a company like FEDEX? What is the difference between your service and sending the letter by Air and paying less money> I am disappointed!

How can you charge me to pay 5,131 Ghana cedis for items in a box that just cost $2000 and the shipper also paid $650 before the box arrived in Ghana ,these fedex people are so crook they came to fraud WE Ghanaian citizens CITIZENS IT sucks and this is the last time I will work with FEDEX or recommend it to any one here in Ghana or outside Ghana stupid STUPID DELIVERY company .

They are not professional at all. i have a parcel sitting with them for two weeks now and they are yet to even tell me how much duty is due even though i actually preinformed them to handle the clearance before parcel arrived.
They never pick calls and will no even tell you if there is something keeping your parcel. When you manage to get them they just say they are working on it and cut the call

I find this Fed Ex office to be unacceptable in servicing its customers. Not only is it outrageous that you charge a $40 fee to "hold" the item in storage - which was delivered and picked up on the same day, but to charge 47% duty on the item plus the shipping is highway robbery. I will NEVER do business w/Fed Ex again! Not only did we get ripped off on charges but we had to wait over 3 hours to finally get our item. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
