Eddy's Pizza - Accra

The pizza was delicious. You can taste the milk the sugar, sauce cheese and the meat which made it sumptuous. I enjoyed it. Keep it up and hope this doesn't change.because of your pizzas taste I don't order pizza or buy from anywhere apart from Cheezy pizza.

We waited for close to 2 hours before getting our pizza. I am never going there again. You need to seriously work on your service. This is terrible. There is a lot of competition out there.

I paid for extra cheese which wasn’t added. I asked for only chicken because of my allergies and they omitted the chicken and gave me other things I don’t know of. When i called to complain they said i had to pay extra for the order to be changed

Once I got home and tasted the pizza I felt cheated. After waiting for over 1 hour to get my order.
This was my first time there and I was totally disappointed. Total waste of time and money.

After making an order for the meat lovers pizza i arrived amd took the pizza after the staff claimed theres no one to do the delivery.
Upon entering the car i opened the box and lo qnd behold there was one slice missing. All efforts to confirm and readjust this were taken for granted.
There goes all the service and customer relation.
During this time of COVID 19 SARS.
STAFF OF CHEESY/EDDYS PIZZA ARE STILL STICKING FINGERS IN CUSTOMERS ORDERS.
TO BE SPECIFIC DANSOMAN BRANCH.
IT IS A NIGHTMARE REALLY THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN UP BY THE FDA.

I ordered meat lovers and I was given only sausage. The bread was not thoroughly baked as the top was like raw flour. And oh there was only some few drops of cheese. In summary, the worse pizza ever!

So I ordered a 74 cedis pizza today (Tuesday 28th May 2019) at the East Legon branch. I was charged 15 cedis delivery and I got no extra. I called 3 of the branches and they verified today was “terrific Tuesday”. I called the East Legon branch again and I was told it doesn’t apply to them, so no extra pizza for me. Not fair at all. How is that even possible. I thought you offer the same services regardless of the branch.
I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES. Maybe you should stop opening branches if branch locations changes your services.

I tried my first pizza from Eddy's at their Ring Road branch, superb. Now at Weija, I don't miss out on their buy one, get one free Tuesday and Wednesday promos. Good service, nice ambience, friendly waiters and waitresses, but what I like is the bread thing they give you for free as you wait for your order. Eddy's no size

Waaw Eddy’s pizza is surely the best pizza in Gh . I love their pizza and guess what it was delivered on time . I have had very terrible pizzas but with Eddy’s pizza you can never go wrong .

I called the Weija branch and the lady was so rude as if she had a problem with the owners,telling me they are not selling then she Jxt hanged up on me...u guys should know who to employ.

I called Eddy's pizza this morning after browsing the website after my unsuccessful attempt to order online by your online support. I ask a simple question and the feedback I kept getting was 'how may I help you?' and 'what would u like to order' when my enquiry about the branch was ignored. One lady at Ringroad gives me the number to the Dansoman branch to place my order. Dansoman branch tells me 'delivery services is unavailable' to my surprise when the website clearly states otherwise. Now I fall back on Ringroad again and lady who answers tells me 'we're not the branch that delivers to your location, call Dansoman' adding that they only deliver to closer locations like Osu, Labadi. Now let's put the delivery aside. I think u may want to consider the below it will give u a fair idea of reasons behind my rating;

1. Customer service(online & phone)- not customer-centric (
2. Ringroad rep did not offer assistance or options (kept repeating her branch did not deliver to my location) Did not sound upbeat and gave dead air when asked what other options were.
3. No one acknowledged my discomfort (it felt like I was being told that's what it is, now could u kindly hang up)
4. After all this, I was the one saying 'thank you' before ending my call.
I did not get SERVICE and my little weekend party ruined.

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered online only to get to the East Legon branch and the order hadn't been placed. After placing the order on site, had to wait for an hour for a pizza with no explanation. Asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there was no manager on site, asked to speak to supervisor on duty, only to hear him say he wouldn't come out and see me to explain. Truly horrible experience, do not go to Eddy's Pizza if you're hungry or have anything to do with your time

PLS if the workers at the Tema branch dont feel like working any longer, u guys should just shutdown work or something.
Customer service is just too poor.
After waiting for 2hrs without being served I enquired from another waitress why we havent still seen or heard anything from the waiter who met us on arrival, only to be replied with a harsh tone that she wasnt the one who to serve us so we should wait for the former waiter. Pizza came eventually only to wait for 30mins for coke. Telling the waiter to package the food so we could leave since we had waited 3hrs already was also trouble. Had to go get my polythene bag to pack my own food..
Who does that.
Walking out. I overhead a couple who also stormed out of the place complaining of poor service.
PLS SHUT DOWN NOW.

This is a complaint against The Weija Branch. You guys ought to close that branch wai. What sort to stuff do you employ? I made an order and asked if it could be delivered. One of your stuff said yes, it could be arranged. Well i was called an hour later to be told my Pizza was ready so i shd come for it. When asked about the dispatch, i was told he isnt around. I asked for a suggestion as to how to get it delivered to me and your able stuff didn't have a clue. seriously Eddies pizza, you have only one dispatch for that branch??? Havent you heard of plan b? Shame on you. I dont want to see your "we are sorry" response to this text. Just do better and give clients value for their money.

Your site says insecure link, how is that convincing to our family abroad to use their credentials to purchase pizza for us ?

If I order some to Liberia camp,How much do I pay
