North Ridge Clinic - Accra

i came to the clinic at 6.30am only to be told the night doctor had closed.i had to come back by 8.30am to see a doctor. after spending over two hours just sitting i was not called and the nurses were just walking around having no good explanation as to why i had not been called to see the doctor. i do not think i will ever go back to north ridge clinic. their work ethics is simply appalling.

Same thermometer without cleaning. When i complained lady with the most terrible attitide bearly wiped the thermometer with cotton no alcohol.

her attitide was so terrible i stood up and told her not to touch me. Senior nurse came cld bearly listen to me ordered that no one does my vitals.

Went to see a doc wen my turn came, said he was parttime so to talk to Dr. Kwaku .

This good Dr. cld not listen to me bcos he had to rush to the bank.

Have been going to this clinic for over 20yrs. The nurses are messing the place up. Thinking of not going there.. again.

Even if they r mean n will do the right things fine. But they r not. That is my experience.

Do you provide psychiatric treatment? If so, what days are available for this?
