The Worst Bank
Fidelity Bank in Accra is one of the worst bank I ever dealt with. That bank is full of thieves who make up fees as they go. I paid over $4000 to have my funds wired to my Bank in New York. They kept delaying the transfer now I am being told the deadline has passed and I have to use other branch. I paid the 2nd branch over $3000. Now I am being told the Protocol Manager that I paid $1500 did not give the accountant $600 I paid. In short I am reporting all these frauds to USA embassy and the banking commission in Ghana. This is unacceptable

I sure Fidelity is the worst bank ever,poor customer services and is not meant for people in abroad. My friend has an account with them at the Adum branch. Anytime he sends money from Canada it doesn’t reflect in the account.This guy has tried all means to speak with them but they ignore him. I have Open a new account with STANBIC BANK for him and these guys are awesome. Fidelity is not for people in abroad. Once they see your outside Ghana the management use your money for their business. Say no to fidelity bank total scammers

Really disappointed in your mobile banking
Fidelity is a good bank, no doubt. But they keep disappointing me. How can i make transactions through mobile banking and then the money doesn't reflect in my account. This has happened to me twice in three months. It is really unfair. And what is more frustrating is the number of weeks you have to chase them before your money is being reversed. What if the money is needed urgently, what do you expect the individual to do?

I'm really disappointed and frustrated right now.

I am experiencing same here. I made a deposit into my yellow save account since 20th May. The Mobile money wallet was debited alright but my account with them wasn't credited. Called the 3355 to Lodge a complaint. I was given a ticket ID, been making a follow up but till date the transaction has not been reversed and they seems not care not even a message to apologise.

It has also happened to me, i have transfer money from my wallet to Fidelity bank account, my wallet is debuted but nothing is in my bank account. I have communicated to Fidelity but they don't care

You must working there to say Fidelity is good bank. That bank is full of thieves that make up fees.
