TOKIWA Consult is a limited liability company comprising a group of consultants, whose main interest is effective implementation of development projects at the local, regional and national levels of administration in developing countries. As a sequel to this interest, the Consultants are concerned about the strategies and types of policies that have dictated the pace of development in these countries.
