I bought lands from this company 5 plots. Paid and received site plans and indentures. This is over 7 years ago. Started processing and hit the wall and upon contacting them, I was told they have a litigation over the land so I can't proceed. I still don't have these lands and I don't have my refund. They don't even respond to my phone calls anymore. I wish we could have a class action against this company. It needs to be closed down!

Very limited communication. They sell land. Then tell people there's ligitications on the land and don't refund. I would say this company is very dishonest and are crooked. Many people who have brought land from this company have been doped stealing money and then making out there's a problem so they have to refund you. But u never see the refund only empty promises. This company should be shut down cause they are crooks and raise money this way doping honest hard working folks. An investigation is going to take place soon on this company and legal action is in place.
