why do you people always take things from our packages and deny it

Too much delay

Poor service
You people are collapsing people business.. your delivery serves is very poor!!! Especially your Accra dispatchers.. how can you call someone around 8am and she stop whatever she is doing waited for you The Whole day and you never deliver her package.. The cost of sending via FedEx was assumed on the front so a student receiving would not have to worry. I was just told that in order for him to receive it it will cost him $300. OMG are you kidding me? How can FedEx do this ??????
