We have in-house training of all staff, ensuring quality workmanship in all avenues.

We really are a one stop shop, we believe if we control everything from day one, using trusted staff, contacts, suppliers, we get quality material.

Standards in Ghana I'm sorry to say, are appalling, many contractors don't know the basic regulations or standards of construction, this is due to the non exitance of approved national apprenticeship scheme. I'm not saying we don't have issue, but we have principles have pride in our work, customer satisfaction is our driving force.

We use modern equipment, like site and laser levels these ensure we don't waste materials, the project is level.
We only use acceptable quality materials, I'm not a fan of Chinese products,
We import or make our own products as is practicable. if we source out we have specify our requirements.

We are honest and reliable, each client as an account, money is used solely for your project.
As a registered Company we have regulation to follow, we also have taxes to pay, which individuals don't, we cannot compete with them.
We gain, rather the client gains in quality of workmanship, standards, honesty, reliability, we produce estimates with real figure, for each stage of work. We work within budgets and time frames to suit the clients.

We also give new clients a small questionnaire, enables them to add items they've missed in the design. We advise our clients on their drawings if they have their own designs, energy saving, future cost cutting, or addition they may want, these can be inbuilt, various items, like pipe work for Solar power/heating ....

We may not be the cheapest compared to local labour, but one must compare like for like producs, we do guarantee, quality work, honesty, pride in the job.

We also provide advice on buildings design and can oversee your own builder or contractor to ensure they work to standards especially in key areas of building, like, foundation, pillar/beam floors, roofing, ensure that doors and window heights are in line square.
