It was founded in 2014 and headquartered in Accra. It is duly registered and incorporated under the Ministry of Roads and Highways Authority and the Ministry of Works and Housing.

The Group is made up of seasoned experts who have not less than at least 15 years of experience in construction and business management and headed by an astute and seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Blessing Simpri. He resides as the founder and CEO of the company.
