A New York City native with roots in the Afro-Caribbean Diaspora and with over 20 years of combined management and sales experience, Tekle joined Max in 2011 as manager of Max international's North America Customer Care division. Since 2014, Tekle has managed Max International operations in Ghana, the first market opening on the African continent. Tekle and his team of Max Ambassadors help support the growth of the dynamic, emerging Associate teams who have helped make Ghana one of the fastest growing markets in Max. Tekle has been a competitive Master's distance runner who pioneered the use of RiboCeine in his marathon training.
