BLUE ROSE LIMITED is a GREDA affiliated member with its registered office at House Number H/No. B. 272/22, adjacent to Assemblies of God Church, Last Stop Road, North Kaneshie, Accra, and its site office at Kasoa, off the Accra – Winneba Road.
BLUE ROSE LIMITED is a wholly owned Ghanaian Real Estate Company. The Company has been registered with the Registrar General Department and has six member board of Directors who have the sole responsibility for running the affairs of the company. As a company, we have keen interest in meeting to some extent the current housing deficit in Ghana. We also believe that everyone deserves to own a home hence our commitment to providing quality and affordable housing to every Ghanaian citizen who is interested in and committed to acquiring a house(s).
To achieve this aim, the company over the years has built strategic alliances with recognized institutions to provide affordable houses to its employees. Through this initiative, BRL has sold houses to the staff of various institutions such as Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), HFC Bank, COCOBOD, Bank of Ghana and several other public sector workers through joint collaboration between HFC Bank, Ghana Home Loans and Government of Ghana. In partnership alone the company has built and sold over 900 houses to both public and private sector workers through mortgages and individual own purchases and looking forward to celebrating our 1000th housing unit soon.
