I'm also a victim. I have paid for the land in full. I have been trying to reach them for my land and documents since 2015. The allocation was done at the afienya site. Please help us catch these frauters so we can get our moneys or Land back. Our hard earned money.

My husband and I started to pay for 2 plots of land since 2012 and have also paid for the permit. But we have not seen or heard of any action. we boldly will support the petition or is it too late?

My dads plot was at oyibi and till now we cant trace them and dont have access to do anything on the land. Their offices are shut down and contacts dont go through. Any help?

I entered into a contract with the Elite in 2012 for a piece of land at Afienya and my friend also did same for a piece of land at Oyibi. After we exceeded 50% of our payment, I was taken to the land at Afienya and site allocated to me. My friend is yet to be allocated a land at Oyibi up till date and their only explanation is that there is litigation on the land and until resolved, there is nothing they can do about it.

I finished paying for the land in 2016 and since then, it has been difficult concluding on the deal with them. They keep charging me entrance fees to enter my own plot. I have been away for 4 years and only returned last week. In my absence, my father and wife have been there severally to follow up on the necessary documentations to enable me build but they keep getting tossed about. At a point, they relocated their offices but did not even have the ethical and professional obligation to communicate this to their customers.

In all my over 17 years of work, I have never met any staff as rude, unprofessional, dodgy and disingenuous as staff of Elite Kingdom investments. They will not answer your calls (that is if you are lucky it goes through), they are rude on the phone, they do not know anything about what they are doing and always telling lies. What is even shocking is that the owner of Elite Investments is a Reverend Minister.

I am happy to be part of the team to petition the Real Estate Development Agency regarding the scrupulous activities of Elite. Do let me know if you are interested.

I was in Ghana recently visited the site at Oyibi, but the plot which I bought since the year 2013 could no longer be traced. I visited your Office at Madina (last Thursday 21st June 2018) to find out more about my property(plot no 230 at Oyibi Site 2). I was promised I would be contacted within 72 days for another appointment where I would be allotted a new plot. Nobody contacted me,I have been calling, but there is no response or the lines are totally dead. What the hell is going on. Did you people plan to dupe us. I want my property back or money back. Waiting for your reply.

I also finished paying in 2012 and have not received the indenture promised.Nobody answers the phone neither do they reply to my emails.I think we should come together and pertition the real estate developers association in Ghana.

i started payment for a piece of executive plot at Oyibi, and per the company's policies, after paying 50% percent and above, i could request for allocation of my plot. since 2013 when i exceeded 50 percent, efforts to allocate my plot to me have been unsuccessful and i am almost done with the entire cost of the land. but i'm so scared it could be one of these fraudsters selling plots of land.
