The rest of the concession is covered with Offices, Factory, accommodation for Junior, Senior and Management Staff, Recreational centre, a nine hole Golf Course, Club House, Clinic, Police Station, Banks, Schools (Pre-school, Primary and Junior High), Roads, Nursery and 1913ha for smallholders.
The nucleus planted area stretches about ten kilometers (10 km) in the north-south direction and about six kilometers (6 km) in the east to west direction.
