Job Description

• Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from various destinations, such as airports and local attractions.
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests by offering assistance with luggage and providing information about the hotel and local area.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, inside and out, and perform routine checks to ensure safety and functionality.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff and guests to coordinate transportation requests and schedules.
• Assist with other duties as needed, such as running errands or delivering packages.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the hotel.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Excellent driving skills and awareness of safety protocols.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage as needed.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Applicant must be in the age range of 30-40years
• Must be a person who lives in Kumasi, specifically, Atonsu and its environs.
