Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to serve as the Head of Institution for our Christian-based drug rehabilitation center. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of addiction and recovery, and a commitment to integrating Christian principles into our rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing holistic care to individuals struggling with substance abuse, fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff, and advancing the mission of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the mission and vision of the rehabilitation center. Provide visionary leadership to staff, residents, and stakeholders.
Program Development and Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation programs that integrate evidence-based practices with Christian principles. Ensure that programs address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals in recovery.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of professionals, including counselors, therapists, and support staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning among staff members.
Client Care: Ensure that all residents receive comprehensive and individualized care tailored to their specific needs. Monitor the progress of residents in recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Spiritual Guidance: Provide spiritual guidance and support to residents who seek to deepen their faith and spiritual connection during the recovery process. Coordinate religious activities, such as Bible studies, prayer groups, and worship services.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with local churches, faith-based organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with community partners to expand access to resources and support services for individuals in recovery.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards governing drug rehabilitation centers. Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard the well-being of residents and staff.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the rehabilitation center, ensuring prudent fiscal stewardship of resources. Seek out funding opportunities and donations to support the sustainability and growth of the organization.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, theology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the field of addiction treatment or a related area.3.Strong understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based practices.4.Demonstrated commitment to integrating Christian faith and values into rehabilitation programs.5.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.6.Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals with empathy and humility.7.Proficiency in organizational management, strategic planning, and budget oversight.8.Willingness to adhere to the ethical standards and beliefs of our Christian-based organization.
