Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery

About the product
This is commonly called Laser Cataract Surgery and involves ultrasonic dissolution of the cataractous lens with subsequent replacement with foldable silicon lens implant. Surgery is done through a 2.7mm entry and is also called a key-hole cataract surgery. This contrasts sharply wit the old traditional technique that involves making a large incision and manually removing the lens with associated bleeding.
