Poor Customer Service
Bought a washing machine few years ago.it developed a problem abd the customer service officer at the East Legon branch would not even listen to my problem but started with how much I would have to pay for repairs. I've regretted ever transacting business with Hisense.
Never again will I ever go near to any of their outlets in Ghana.

Poor customer service and warranty does not exist
Bought a fridge from them in December and this month it is faulty. Customer service doesn’t care . In very poor customer service support. Will never recommend to anyone. They are only lying to the public. There is no 5 years warranty for customers

Hisense have gain my trust in several occasions. You truly deserve the 5 star. Always try to continue with the good works you are doing. Excellent products you have there .

Fast and trusted delivery services

Poor communication on repairs
How do u expect me to pay an amount same as the cost of the tele on initial purchases without any discount. Buy a tele worth Gh1400.00 and pay Gh1,300 for repair of screen. This is Fraud

No address
Pls do you have an address? If someone wants to posts something to you what will the do? there's no address and I think you should provide one. And pls try to answer us when we ask questions. We just need verification for some things....And when we call you too pls pick up. The adverts you portray are even more than the services you offer, pls do something about it soon

Hisense and their unrealistic warrantee
My TV that is still on their so called warrantee that I sent to Hisense at industrial area since March for repair is still their up till now,they said they going to change the tv for me,but since then it gas been one story to another,thr parts is not avoilable,the head office need to approve for replacement,so on and so forth with their poor custorser relationship,seriously Hisense doenst worth it.

Terrible
Poor online service no number goes through and the ones that go through are not answered. You need a better online presence or loose customers

What an entity who careless about its customers, looking at all the complains here one would have thought that they will rectify them but no they care less at all. Today i have called almost all their numbers to no avail and even went ahead and call junction mall management for their number yet what they gave me either the number is off or no one picks up.

Have called numbers on their official website and that one is even off how, really. Bad, horrible, nonsense customer service can not believe the stress others are going through just to get in touch with them. So you have to stop everything waste fuel or lorry fare to any of their shops before you can make inquiries. They are not even on any social media platform that you can get to them and blast them.

Hisense are you serious, trust me its only in Ghana you can do this bullshit and get away with it.

All their contact center numbers are either off or not in working order. Poor customer service.
