Our water never comes during the daytime Thank God we have a reservoir, but No water since the 13th of May. 2020 please help.

I live at Kentikronu, behind Silicon Hotel and near the Kingdom hall of Jehovah witness. We hardly have water flowing through our pipes for the Past 6 days we had water flowing just once and that wasn't even for the whole day.
As I write we don't have water.
So sad.

I brought borehole water sample for analyses. Everything was OK according to your report. I was then given calcium hyppochlorite to disinfect to maintain its quality. After first use there has been massive scaling. What is the remedy, please?
