Bad customer service, team work is poor an item was suppose to be delivered to me, this item was from Sunyani Ghana. It has been 1month now and I haven't received it yet so I told my friend who sent the item to go the office and check unknowingly item was never faxed and was told that the item contained and flame and some cloths therefore the flame got broken and they have to fix it what the heck if the flame got broken why didn't they contact the sender? until he went there yesterday only to find out that the item was broken and they have to fix it is been more the a month now. This is really bad. The item is still pending in sunyani Ghana sender paid for it and was giving a trucking number so please am writing this is either sender gets his items back or money back because we do not know at this point where the item is.
