Teledata is a scam
this company should be ban from Ghana for taking us for granted, there customer service is poor and they will remotely demage ur radio just for u to buy new ...at the moment teledata owe be 220Ghc, i paid and the network went off for the entire month it took teledata 21days to visit my house and forcing me to buy new radio after ignoring me for 21days of no internet i use for my business..

thats no no no right now they will filter bad comment on fb and reopen new google business review because customers are given them bad review base on there experience.

Very poor customer service
The staffs lack basic client orientation skills. They are quick to demise any complaint without having the issue resolved. Once a ticket is raised, they go to sleep. No update is provided except on elapsed time which adds no value except to further frustrate the customer. They will also not respond to any emails directed to individuals except automated responses. To me this company does not have value its customers.

Their installation fees are too high. that makes this unaffordable for me. GHC 1200 and with all the taxes that are added to this it is extremely over priced. They are hiding the cost of service in the installation fees so in fact, you are paying way more than what the monthly fee is for the first year and that's how they are making up for the cost of by being competitive.
