Terrible network service . With regards to customer service via 100 ? Poor is an understatement.
They have a PHD in further frustrating customers and when they do get back to you to help you , only succeed in frustrating you the more.

Horrible service and theft of airtime and data packages
One of the trashiest networks in Ghana. If I could give 0 stars I would. You could buy a data package and then receive a confirmation sms that it has been recharged but then you'd check your balance or try to browse and realize that you have no data bundle even though you just bought some and received a message from vodafone themselves that you've recharged. The most organized form of theft. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.

Vodafone Auto renewal scam
When you use Bossu code *5588# to bundle it will automatically auto renew you regardless of pressing 1 or 2. Vodafone is very much aware of this but not doing anything on their platform to fix this because they wants to steal from you. When I found out they had auto renewed me 7 times. I called Vodafone customer service line 100 to report this issue and ask them for a refund they refused even though the admitted they know its ongoing problem.
