Very poor services and insecure hotel environment where unknown/strange individuals are allowed to come to your room knocking to see. This issue repeats itself over and over. Lights go off and no one cares to even address you to assure you of any possible option. Some rooms have non-functioning pipes and showers. Very unattractive old rooms.
