Fake staffing and thieves
This hotel staffs are thieves. Pretends to give a damn of your compliant but don’t care at all. Someone stole my money from my room. Reported to staffing and they did absolutely nothing about it. They then have the guts to ask me for early check in fee, mounting to a whole day amount. Joshua also had the guts to threaten me. He now claim that I never disclosed the amount of money to anyone. Shit, who walks to a place and start telling people I have this amount of money on them. U claim there is a safe in my room, which is a big lie. What will I gain if I lie about $500 missing if it wasn’t true. I will do anything I can to make sure people see u for who u really are. Fake people and thieves.

Ms. Patricia Danso was well assisted by the hotel with Ghana Police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Headquarters taking her statement and the finger prints of the Room Attendant who happens to be the only person to have accessed her room for the purpose of cleaning during the period under investigation.
This was proved by our CCTV camera.
The finger print proved that the Room Attendant did not touch the purse of Ms. Patricia Danso alleged to have kept the money. Ms. Patricia Danso not satisfied with the result left without settling her balance with the hotel.
Despite all the developments that exonerated the hotel from any liability, we wish Ms. Patricia well in all her endeavors.
