My lights have been out for 72 hours now at adjen kotoku dome sampahman. Some houses have lights others don't when you call ECG they are saying the team has taken up the issue and they are working on itand following up on it
All our items and things are gone bad. When you finish then you bring high electricity bills for us to pay what kind of service is that. Next time you bring those high electricity bills I'll make sure that the houses that had lights out for 72hours don't pay. This is a poor service. I'll report ECG to the police if by this evening or tomorrow morning our power is not restored I'll report the N

I bought a prepaid on Monday thou my old prepaid wasn’t finish ,I bought a prepaid of 50 cedis hoping my lights won’t go off but it went off yesterday.This means I didn’t receive my prepaid. How do I get it back please?

What kind of service do you run here ......we are scheduled for power outage tomorrow buh then suddenly the light goes off today and when it comes back some houses have low voltage....I don't know want you guys are doing in your office buh we don't appreciate it
We kindly request you cut the power for a short while and turn it back on

Please part of Pokuase Domeabra has low voltage for three (3) days now. The things in our fridges are going bad and we need help. The current too is not stable.

Dear ECG pls three of your personnels from ECG Nsawam came to my house to forcibly take my meter because according to them the meter is from Achimota where I used to live so Pokuase isn't their jurisdiction for me to use the meter. During the lockdown I went to the Achimota office to get a transfer letter but was told to go ahead and use it but I have to purchase the credit from Achimota and for the past eight months I have been buying my credit for your people to just come today and take the meter away. Please after purchasing the meter with my money isn't it my property so if there is any service problem shouldn't I be served a letter to do a follow up??are your workers to stress the civilian doing the right thing of this meter is still issued from Ghana ECG and not any other country I want to know please

The recent meter which has the small device like the telephone is giving me problems when my credit get finished. I roam from sarpeiman through amasaman to pokuase and back to container on Saturday around 2:30pm and i didn't get prepaid from all venders. They were all saying onless nsawam.

But nsawam was not working by that time. I don't see the reason why a meter should be brought to me in sarpeiman and the only place i should get credit is nsawam. And on top of that, i won't get credit on Saturday 2:00pm going.
If it should happen that way, then i will sleep in darkness till Monday.

It doesn't make sense to me.

All vendors should be able to sell credit for MBH meters ASAP.

For some days now, all the people in my house are using lights with no problem except me. Even tho we using different meters don’t know what really the problem is. My light keeps going off n oning n I’m scared. I’m at sapeiman opposite Presbyterian church. Can you please help ?because the electrician can’t fix it please

I don't know why Nsawam bungalow is affected with a lot of light outs. Even as I type now we don't have light. Our lights will be off and those in town will have light. Pls ECG do something about it.
