Reviews of Electricity Company Of Gh. (ECG) - Nsawam

It's been 8 months since I payed the processing fee for the installation of a new meter and was told I'd be called. A service rep by the name of Augustus was eventually assigned to my case after 6 months who turned out to be very rude and argumentative. He finally stated the installation would be done within the week. It's been two months since and I am now inclined to believe the collection of the processing fee is done to take money with no intention of providing the required services.

Lately the population at akwamu has increased and the transformer isn't capable of handling the load ,which makes other faces go off and sparks fire each week ,I plead to the authority to pay close attention to this information,

You guys are doing great..but a town called Pakro is undergoing too much *dumsor*what is the reason for this.it's causing too much discomfort while at the end of the month you come to take your bills.hmmm ,this is to too bad.
