Questions & Answers for Electricity Company Of Gh. (ECG) Fault Reporting Centres - Accra

I called the call centre 9 times about phase off at Taifa Burkina more than 24hrs we are still in darkness. This is the reason customers sometimes change phases when there is problem with their phase cause ecg can make you sleep in darkness for weeks for such situation

Why is it that when you report fault they don't take it serious.

For instance we reported a burnt meter and the cables are hanging there power in it but it seems is not big deal why?

Pls we the residents of kings university college down are experiencing low current since yesterday morning up to date .pls is making things difficult for us ,do come to our Aid.

Am Sammy from ablekuma fanmilk junction behind the byness restaurant we are having low voltage for the past four years, especially during evening and I have personally called ecg achimota station several times but our have not been solved

Am Felix from Madina a new tenant in a house that is already indebted ,due to that there has been no power in the house for two months now.
Please is it possible to get power from a different source? Because I and another new tenant are not part of the debt, yet, we are struggling with light..

I live at Madina new road . We've been having low voltage since Thursday. We've called the call centre several times to report our problem but there is no solution to our problem. We loosing business and it's not the best. Kindly attend to our to our problem.

WHEN WILL YOU HAVE METERS FOR KORLE-BU BRANCH,BECAUSE SOME OF US HAD WAITED FOR FAR TOO LONG

A number of houses including mine on the Teiman- Abokobi road near Amelia bus stop/School Junction had light off from yesterday and light had not come as at the time I left the house this morning. Please what is the problem and when shall we have light back?
