Which law and regulations is insolvency practice under in Ghana?

the current law is the INSOLVENCY ACT - 1962 (ACT 153). GARIA is currently advocating for the passage of a new corporate insolvency bill which is before cabinet. The New Bill will usher in a more friendly insolvency regime.
