Phone Lines on your websites not Active
I find it strange that non of your contacts be it land lines or cell is active. I needed clarification on my investment but can't get through after trying 7 different phone numbers. Very frustrating !!!

OUR COMPANY IS VERY CONFUSED (POOR SERVICES)
AK GHANA WOOD LTD IN AKIM ODA IS NOW CONFUSED AS TO WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE REALY WORKING AS INSURANCE COMPANY IN GHANA.
AFTER RENEWING OUR POLICY WITH YOU IN FEBRUARY, WE HAVE KNOCKED YOUR DOORS SEVERALLY FOR A CLAIM FOR OUR ACCIDENT VICTIMS BUT NOBODY CARES.
SINCE LAST YEAR NOVEMBER WE SENT YOU ACCIDENT REPORTS FOR CLAIMS , WE HAVE NOT HEAR ANY REPONSE UPON OUR SEVERAL QUESTS.
NOBODY PICK CALLS AND EVEN CALL BACK . ALL YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE LINES ARE OFF AND EVEN WHEN IT GOES NOBODY PICKS
VERY DISAPPOINTING . PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO AVOID TANISHING YOUR REPUTATION.

Non compliance with customer request
I requested for deductions of my premium to stop but they keep deducting and sending me messages saying due to the non payments I lose my benefits. I keep calling their help line ******** but the calls keep dropping after every 5 minutes which am paying for. Your customer service is very bad and I want a refund of all the deductions ASP.
