Reviews of United Airlines - Accra

I have been to the KIA to pick family members for the past 2weeks. In all cases, the flights delayed but the arrival time on the website was never updated. It’s frustrating coming to sit at the airport for hours waiting for your flights to land.
I think UNITED can do better than that. We’re good at boycotting flights if they don’t give us better service.

Very uncomfortable seats..Head-rest is not well adjustable..TV monitors are terrible.You will get pain in your fingers while scrolling the screen.The passage between the rows is very congested & fat people hit you while passing through.Food is not tasty.Overall a very bad experience.

It's a long time wishing to have United airline running domestic and regional air transport in Ghana here, my prayers is answered thanks to God, this why I join GATA for being a flight dispatcher.

Also to raise more customers, I wanted to register of running a sale branch for tickets and reservation sale at Techie and airport city.
