Casabel Properties Ltd (CPL) is a Limited Liability Property Management company established in 2010. It is equipped with range of operational expertise to act as advisers and consultants on property and facilities management. The firm has managed to chalk some reasonable success in the industry as a result of its highly trained and experienced staff and its values: the hard work, dedication to service and honesty.

Our workforce comprises highly experienced professionals in the fields of Property Analysis and Management, Quantity Surveying, Valuation, Marketing and Sale, and Project Management. CPL is managed by two Principal Directors who are both experienced Project Managers and trained in the fields of Engineering and Property Management and Analysis.

Property Letting and Sale


CPL’s internet, print and electronic media advertising ensures maximum exposure of properties. We have proven efficient in the collection and recovery of rent via our well-structured rent collection system. We do not only manage and maintain your asset, but give you the added benefit of up-to-date property status information by preparing and making available periodic updates on the state of properties.

Property Management and Maintenance


The approach we adopt is to develop a client portfolio on all properties that come under our watch, and manage these on a case by case basis. This model allows us to tailor a scope that suits the particular portfolio.
Client accounts are further kept for properties with regards to maintenance cycles. This lends a hand in keeping track of, and delivering good returns to clients via accurate income and expenditure statements.

Property Valuation


For the purpose of value and best returns to clients, we reliably determine the open market value for properties and advice clients appropriately. We offer valuation for sale and rental and also offer advice on property related issues.

Land Administration (Title) facilitation


Assisting clients with the authentication of ownership of properties they intend to sell, purchase or develop. Taking over and granting clients a stress free processing of Land Title documentation.
