The Hot Pot Kitchen was established in Apirl 2014 and opened its doors to the general public on the 21st of December that same year. The restaurant, which currently has only one branch, is situated in the premises of former Boomerang Night Club now Phoenix Light Club Located in Caprice Accra.
Hot Pot Kitchen as it is popularly referred to, was set up to cater especially for the middle-income business community and the discerning international traveler.
