Mai Education Consult, is a wholly own Ghanaian business and duly registered under the business name Act, 1962 as educational consultancy house. It was founded in 2012 and commences business in 2014. We are a single united by a strong set of values, focused on client impact.

We help our clients (student and institution) make lasting improvements in their education and realize their most important goals. We take a consistent approach to provide excellent solution, to individual education and institutions need. Our work is founded on a rigorous understanding the educational needs of our client. 3.0 Learning Disabilities Assessments

The mission of the center is to improve the lives of children and adults nationwide with learning disabilities, attention deficit and behavior disorder—by empowering parents, young adults, schools and advocating for equal rights and opportunities. We are working to create a society in which every individual with learning, behavior and attention disabilities possesses the academic, social and emotional skills needed to succeed in school, at work and in life
We stand tall to give hope to learning disability students and empower the general public especially educational institutions, parent, policymakers, opinion leaders, caretakers, and those responsible for child education to stand and support individuals with learning disability.

Learning Disabilities Support Services And Accommodation

The center provide the following support services and accommodations for person suspected or identified with specific learning disabilities and it related deficit and disorders
Specific learning Disabilities

1. Dyslexia: associated with specific learning disabilities in reading

2. Dyscalculia: associated with specific learning disabilities in math

3. Dysgraphia: associated with specific learning disabilities in writing

4. Dysorthographia: associated with specific disabilities in spelling



Other related deficit and disorders

1. Auditory Processing Deficit: associated to weakness in the ability to understand and use auditory information

2. Visual Processing Deficit: associated weakness in the ability to understand and use visual information

3. Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities: associated to individuals who have unique learning and behavioral profiles that may overlap with dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia but that differ in significant ways.

4. Executive Functioning/Sensory Disorder: associated to weaknesses in the ability to plan, organize, strategize, remember details and manage time and space efficiently.

5. Deficits, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder: disorder that results in significant inattention, hyperactivity, distractibility or a combination of these characteristics

6. Motor coordination difficulties: the inability to perform motor gross and fine motor coordination

7. Emotional/Behavioral Disorders: the ability to interacted and related well with others and exhibiting of unfavorable behavior
