Dr. Please i had a d&c in april this year, after it i've been having pains in my left lower abdomen. Ihave been to the hospital and i was told its infections but after medication i still feel it mostly after my menses. I have also been trying to concieve since but no result. Could i have a problem with my fertility

Hi Sir, please i made a blood and urine test, but there were no infections found in my lab report. As a matter of fact my right testicle is heavier than the other one and i feel pains when i touch it. And please can that cause blood in the semen? Thank You....

Yes, there could be blood in your semen if any of the structures within the scrotum gets infected. You however said your test revealed no infection, which means further investigation be carried out to ascertain the cause.
