I had a fitness training in 2019. It was very effective. My trainer, Awo Yaa was patient and helpful.
My training was intensive and we had had yoga sessions intermittently. It was a nice experience I must say.

My bodycology experience
Bodycology fitness and recreation is a well equipped fitness centre with great customer service. I had an amazing experience during my personal workout session with the trainer. Great results , I will highly recommend this to anyone looking to get fit.
