By far,this is the most terrible company I have ever experienced in my whole life!
In 2018 I brought my Mitsubishi Pajerro to Automall, because there were a lot of problems with it. The website did look good, they had interesting customers (American embassy), so I expected a better workshop then just a workshop in the open air. The workplace looks ok, with lifts and covered and overall the company looked good.

After I had paid Ghc 100 for a diagnose, they came with an estimate and I paid the Ghc 24,539.90 in advance (That is about Ghc 30,000 now because of inflation) The deal was that all car functions should work. I can't remember how many times I have been there when the car was "repaired", but every time there was another problem. In stead of making the car better, it became worse and worse. After 2,5 years the car was again "repaired" and I made a test drive. During this drive I did speed up to ca 40 km/hour, checked my mirror to see if there was nobody behind me and pushed the brakes very hard. Yes, abs was not working. Then, when I drove further in the cue, the 2 Automall people said "turn here, you have to turn here". It was not safe to turn so I ignored that and then, without any notice, the secretary in the back smashed the door open and stepped out.

Later that day I was called by the police:
According to the secretary I wanted to kidnap and kill her (???!!!), I drove extremely dangerous (in the cue) I was holding the front passenger when he wanted to get out. The manager who was not in the car, also had reported the same day, that I had threaten to set the place in fire and that I called the employees stupid.The secretary confirmed this. Actually the manager had insulted me: "You are deported from Holland, Maybe you need to see a psychiatrist, there is something wrong with you"

I am now free on bale, I suspect they don't want negative reviews, and they don't like the website I am making about them: www,automallghana.com.

Never in my life have I experienced such shameless lies; I am an honest person, the manager and the secretary are not in my experience.My advice: find another workshop. By the way: a major repair is done in 2 hours, according to their website....
