Hello i have won a game on virtual bett and my account hasn't been credited. What is going on please?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. I can't withdraw my won bet, it says player blocked. There is no proper contact number to reach premierbet. How do we deal with this problem?
In predicting a correct score of 0-0 , 1-1 orcall1-2 full time. What happens if the match is abandoned during the second half. Thanks. Waiting for reply.
