Very bad service
I had a flight with ba on 23th November 2020 from Accra to London and l need to travel from Kumasi to Accra before my journey l called their customer service so many times for just confirmation no answer and I arrived at the airport around 19.00pm and I was told that the flight was cancel no any email no any information just like that very very disappointed

Cancelled flight details
Return flight to London is due 3days and your site asked not to call 72hrs prior to the flight date. I’m calling and no one is answering. I need urgent help.

It's baffling how bad this service is.
We are in a tough time with uncertainty during the coronavirus pandemic. The government of Ghana has shut down the airport and we have no idea whether our flights are going to be leaving or not. The international office has no idea. The Ghana lines are off or no one even bothers picking up. Worst. Service. Ever.

Pick up the phone
how much does it cost to employ customer service personnel, BA accra never picks up the phone. very bad customer service

Terrible Customer Call Centre
They never answer the phone when you call. That's very terrible. None of the four numbers I have is ever pick. British Airways Ghana office customer care is nothing to write home about. These are the numbers: ******** / ******** / ********. Try any of these numbers and see if anyone will pick
