Bfsuma products are delivered to the end user through direct selling business channel which means Bfsuma distributor directly purchase the products from Bfsuma and directly sell to the end users. To date, we support the health of populations across Europe, Asia and Africa with over 400,000 employees worldwide who work as independent business owner. We are looking to expand our presence in Africa and we need young motivated individuals with entrepreneur mindset in Africa who will partner with Bfsuma and form their own independent business within our company and we will support them with relevant training's. ABOUT BFSUMA KEY- RESPONSIBILITY
1. Create awareness on Non
communicably diseases not only in Africa but also to the world.

2. Market the products, services
and programs both online(in social medias) and offline(through field work)

3. Be able to network and build
your own team.


AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
-Age should be above 18 years
with a national ID/PASSPORT.

-Must be a team builder and teachable.

-Be able to raise
$20 to purchase educational materials that will guide you in your business.

-Must be results oriented.

-Should have passion for Bfsuma
business model and value on mentor-ship.

-Motivation to relentlessly and
consistently engage and follow- up with prospective candidates and referrers.

-Should have some skills in
Network Marketing.

-Background in any business
field, medical field and technology will be added as an advantage

1. 20% Retailer profit in every
product purchased through you.

2. 5%-28% Monthly commission from
every product purchased through you.

3. 5%-28% organizational
performance bonus from your team.

4. 25% Leader Development Bonus
