DELIBERATE FRUSTRATINGN OF CUSTOMERS
This bank is not customer centered

For over three months I made attempts to pay off an outstanding loan and the back frustrated me in attempt to prevent me from paying to the extent of reporting me to the credit Bereaus rendering me credit unworthy the very month I told them I wanted to pay off. To add to the injury. When I paid cash to offset the loan, they were unable to tell me when it will be cleared. They don't work with timeliness. The workers act snobbishly and seem not to care about anything. Asking for a loan balance alone takes over a week whereas other banks do it in a day and even at that if you don't follow up, no one cares to call.

Annoyingly, they are able to give you timeliness when purchasing a service but do not have timeliness when it comes to they proving a service that will be to your advantage. Even as I post this, I'm still being frustrated in getting my name cleared.

Honestly I wouldn't advice anyone to do business with this bank because they will deliberately frustrate you.

Missing salary since March 2021
It is surprising to know that a Bank I have been with for over 15 years will not be able to find my salary. I have been to them severally and they keep frustrating me over my own money. It seems non of the workers are committed to make the customers satisfied. Sg must sit up or loose most people f it's loyal customers.

Loan too interest too high
They come in sheep clothing but they are real wolves . they explain to you that their loan is cheaper and less interest rate .but is higher and have poor customer care than any bank I have ever seen.

Bad service
Only one teller serving a lot of clients at the counter. No waiting seats outside. This happened at the Dansoman branch on 19/10/2020. I spent about 3 to 4 hours waiting. This is indeed a bad service and this is a bank I will not recommend to any one.

Password Reset of my mobile App
Please I'm a customer at the Adum branch in Kumasi Ghana. My SG connect app has been blocked because I input a wrong password,I went to the office for correction and update. I've provided the necessary information and over a month now,they've not reset the password for me. It's my salary account and I want access a lot of stuff for me but the bank is offering bad services. I've been to the branch several times but they've not send me a new password in my mail

Need improvement please
if anyone have received one good service from SGGH you were fortunate this bank and branches have issues, female relationship officers come to work at 10 am . if you need them you need to sit and wait for them especially at spintex. i turned in my check refill at one branch, one month later i went to pick my check there were no records of me submitting the request form, apparently the gentlemen who took it from me at east legon branch just threw it away. their digital platform is worst you can have in GH. I am saying all this with pain because i like this bank and wish they could do better but no its becoming worse, As for trying to get a loan forget it don,t even apply you may develop high blood pressure during the process.

Spintex branch is the worst. There is a lady called Sybil and I keep wondering how she got her job. The worst customer service person ever!

Missing Swift (Payment)
It is very unfortunate and shameful for swift for payment of one's salary to go missing and unable to be traced after several months at a bank like Societe General Ghana. This kind of poor and mischievious service from you in an era where the banking sector is rather improving is very surprising and disappointing.

About my Account
I am really disappointed about how they treat customers . Custmer service is really poor. I hav contact them several times and nobody have follow up with me. Poor customer service
