I took a loan and i am experiencing double deduction and I have made several complains both at the Berekum branch and Accra head office but all to no avail. For two years now and I have been filling for for refund but only five months have been paid.so mow I want to pay the loan back so that I will be free. I have serve the bank a letter for one month now but no reply I need help
