TB Interest Missing from Account
I have been banking from Barclay since 1978 (43 years). When they changed to Absa, my Treasury Bill Investment interest which supposes to be deposited to my saving account, they did not deposit whenever I asked them three times in writing. All that they're saying to me. They forward my complaint to the investigation department. It has happened since December 2021. What is going on with Absa bank? Dear reader, be the judge.

My BF wanted to send me money through my ABSA ACCOUNT from Germany and he was not getting through so I called ABSA thinking they will not be working on sundays but unfortunately they return to me immediately and everything went through as I deserved that. Thanks so much ABSA BANK GH.

Barcalys Need to pay attention to Customer Service
I have been a high-ranking customer of Barclays Bank for over fifteen years. I have been trying to get in touch with the Manager of the Head office of Barclays bank Ghana in Accra and none of the many landline phones on their website seems to be working: either the lines are engaged or they are on English premier league. I have just sent an email requesting for a contact of the Boss-,and I need a reply. Please, Barclays Bank Ghana seems to be gradually losing its reputation of good customer service (unknown to them) and the earlier they paid attention to customer care especially responding to customers phone calls, the better it is for the bank.

Bad customer service if you live outside
Oh they will never pick their calls so dont bother. And if you send an email which they dont agree they wont reply you back. Everything is delayed. Am here and i dont know whats going on in my account cos no one will pick my calls. And the person behind my mails chooses which ones to reply. Really wish i was home. Maybe they dont know what competition is.

Delays and prolonged issues
So since I relocated to Ghana, Barclays had been my salary account and all. But their Credit card usage is wack! I had to block my credit card because I almost got stranded trying to use their debit card to do an online transaction and with an ATM. Still have a pending debit through ATM that has been unresolved for over two months now. Pretty pissed at this.

I have been a with Barclays for the past three years. And i love your services until recently when i apply for loan to acquire a vehicle. I applied through Kumasi Bantanma Branch for the past three weeks. I was told it will be ready within a week. At the end of the week, I was again told my Application have been rejected by the system but I should not worry an appeal will be made for me which will take at least one week. After one week I still did not hear anything. I call and i was told as for the appeal is manual can some times takes time. Now Unique Trust Financial Service wants to gives me the loan but am not too sure wheather Barclays will later approve or not. And i also need the money very agent. I am really a worried customer, and i don't know what to do and nobody is calling from your outfit to tell me anything. Please help me!! Thank you.
