Western Union - Accra

Western union have ended my long distance relationship. I meet this man from USA who supports me financially but western union called him to tell him I am a scarm. Due to that my visa has been canceled n I love lost my love. I called to make a complain but no one is giving explanation.

Sent money to my husband in Ghana four times. Each time I had to call and go through and extensive interview before transaction could be completed. He was able to pick up the money 3 different times, but the fourth time they said his license isn’t in the system so they wouldn’t give it to him. Customer service is a JOKE. They take the money out of your bank account immediately but a refund takes 5-7 business days. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!

My uncle send me some money via western union since yesterday this 31st August,and I’ve walk to any bank in Kumasi that have western union and all they’re saying is that the network messing up and we need the money urgently to pay some medical bills

I made a direct transfer into a mobile money account since 23rd of July, 2020 with reference number (MTCN ********) and it has not been credited into the said account.

I kindly need your assistance to make the necessary complete transaction of the transfer

I’ve been calling the customer service number for weeks now but not going through. I’ve been sent some money and I’m being tossed up everyday that can’t be processed.
And was asked to call the customer service for western union in Ghana they ain’t also answering some of the numbers are even not available

I use Western Union services and I am very happy!

I have tracked my money been sent from Kenya since Monday and cannot withdraw due to system instability. So when will the system be normalize or can i come to the main office to address this subject?

Is it possible for someone in Ghana send money to South Africa using Western Union
