Wrongful deduction
I had a policy which is been matured and I ve been called for my benefit after that I ve surrender and yet still Elac is still deducting me. Want to reach Elac and make complains through their phone lines but not going through what kind of insurance company is that? do u want me come to your office with my sickness before you hear me Nkwasiasem nkoaaa

Payment of premium on policy
I have a Funeral policy with Enterprise Life, and i have not been satisfied on how my premium payment is done each month. from the scratch of this policy, payment of premium have been a headache to me. i made a standing order which worked for only 2 months and i was told the bank said the signatures do not match, so i started using the USSD platform which sometimes will tell me my policy number is not in the system. i turned to use the Enterprise App, paying with MTN momo which by some strange reason goes through Slydepay. The process is easy and cool but sometimes i can have like 3 payments pending in their system (which they wont even call to alert you) creating arrears on my policy. I will have to call them after i have asked someone in ELIC to check the status of my policy and that also takes forever to be attended to. Agents will come sign you on the policy and that is all, they don't even assist in solving these issues but they enjoy commissions on the policy after you and suffered to keep it in shape.

i made a payment on 22 may 2020 on my policy and as at today, it has still not reflected.i made a complain and i am not getting feedback. i just don't know what to do and it is discouraging me from thinking of other policies i which to do.

Bad service
It’s really frustrating when I send emails and phone calls but no one responds. How can an insurance company high people who doesn’t know their job and be paying them at the end of the month. I have sent email to customer service for the past 4 weeks no response l, sent email to individuals who works in your firm no response and no one is even answering call.

I have read other reviews and realized it’s not just me but other people faces the same problem. This is seriously bad
