Recruit & Train sales representatives

Planing,organizing strategic sales outreach programs to Meat daily, weekly, monthly and annual Sales target.

Organize regular and periodic Health screenings, sales presentations and execute sales to institutions, pharmaceutical companies and organizations to maximize sales.

Marketing and selling of IONA Pharmacy products.

In charge of IONA Health products such as (Pylin), (HB Cough), (Impressor capsules & Oil)

Using supervisory and analytical skills to maximize sales for the organization.

Prospecting for new clients for the bank,Opening and managing new accounts for clients,Salling of SME loans to prospective clients,manage and provide first hand customer experience to new & existing customers.

Involved in the Pre-production planning, as well as the production control, supervision and doubling as the Sales Manager.

Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule

Ensuring that production is cost effective

Making sure products are produced on time and are of good quality

Working out the human and material resources needed

Drafting a timescale for the job

Estimating costs and setting the quality standards

Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed

Using experience in methodologies in direct sales to achieve results

Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs

Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers etc., and reporting to Head of departments, etc.

Working with director of administrations to implement the company's policies and goals by the use of tactical planning skills,leadership skills and management skills

Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed

Supervising and motivating workers

Reviewing worker performance

Identifying training needs.

Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin; analysis by brand by customer type.

Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward.

Prepare collateral report when necessary.
