Networking – Lan Technology, Routers, Cable Termination and Configuration.
Security – Virus Protection, Maintenance, Monitoring, Backup Management, Disaster Recovery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
Ability to safeguard confidential information with due care and not disclose any information to third parties
Ability to track and measure performance
Installing and maintaining computer systems and networks
Checking hardware for functionality
Installing and configuring software and its functions
Training computer users
Optimizing the performance of hardware and software
Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computers
Organizing and scheduling upgrades and maintenance so that others can continue working uninterrupted
Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve computer problems
Providing phone, chat, or in-person support
Setting up user accounts and profiles
Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites
