    Serving as a National Service Person as a Research, Information, Monitoring & Evaluation (R.I.M.E) Assistant for Public Services Commission, an act of government charged to control and manage all the Ministries, Departments & Agencies (MDAs) under the Public Services, Ghana.
    Key responsibilities included: Assist in the implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) in all MDAs, Creation of excel files, Creation of new job positions, Keying of new recruits, Monitoring of HRMIS software, Coaching of End Users on the use of the software, preparation of reports and writing of standardize minutes during internal and external meetings.
    I improved my communication skills, obtained a working knowledge in Human Resource and Information Technology. I also succeeded in meeting deadlines and worked successfully with other controllers
