Coordinating store activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policy
Would be involved in the recruitment, orienting and training of employees
Handling purchasing and supply
Periodic taking of stock and preparing pf accounts
Maintains store services by organizing store operations and procedures,controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains store efficiency by planning and implementing store systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Designs and implements store policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Diploma or Degree, or equivalent
Two to three (3) years’ experience in a store setting manager
