Key ResponsibilitiesWork within and with Management and executive team to collect analyse data, evaluate results, generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Coordinate’s activities of numerous departments ensuring functions that are scheduled do not conflict with existing events.
Provides administrative support to the Board, its committees, and support other such activities when requested.
Acts as a liaison between the local firm and Global stakeholder and community
May perform confidential employee relation assignments.
Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the Group CEO, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing company-wide events.
Provide management with the appropriate information to plan the strategic direction of the firm.
Manage and schedule, the corporate programs calendar.
Coordinate and follow-up on Executive decisions and Action Points.
Perform operational duties such as document reviews for current and emerging projects, defining evaluation requirements for the organization projects.
Completing site visits to ensure integrity in data management protocols, meeting evaluation and reporting deadlines.
Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate statistical reports at organization and program levels, writing reports and presenting results to multiple stakeholders.
Assists colleagues with administrative tasks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
