To plan, organize and administer activities of the office.
Responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates.
Process payroll information and employee salaries.
Prepare policies and procedures for the HR department.
Responsible for IR issues and interactions with the Union
Responsible for training and performance management.
Knowledge in immigration processes of Visa’s, work permits and resident permits.
Good knowledge in HR administration and employee engagement.
Knowledge of local labour legislation and implementation.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human resources/ Social Sciences
