The Call Center Executive will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate shall handle high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and seek to create a positive experience for each caller  able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


  • Answer phone calls from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding product sales
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Provide customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Process forms, orders and applications requested by the customers.
  • Identify and escalate operational issues to high-level management for resolution.
  • Route inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Follow up on complicated customer calls when required.
  • Requirements
    • Must have a minimum of 4years’ previous experience in a customer support role.
    • Must have a track record of over-achieving quota.
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
    • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
